Avation leases second new ATR to US-Bangla
Avation PLC has delivered the second new ATR 72-600 airplane to US-Bangla Airlines of Bangladesh under an operating lease agreed at market rates.
This is the second operating lease transaction the AIM-listed commercial passenger aircraft leasing company has arranged with US-Bangla Airlines, a privately-owned Bangladeshi airline, based at Hazrat Shahjalal International airport.
Avation posted record annual revenues and profits, respectively up 21 per cent at USD117.7 million and up 28 per cent to USD25.7 million.
