Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Mon said that she'll not accept defeat against an invisible force like coronavirus fearing death.
"We won't accept defeat, death is inevitable, loss of life can occur anytime, but for that (we will) have to accept defeat to the invisible push out of dread, this won't happen," she said.
The Primary Minister said this while addressing a function marking the 34th founding anniversary of SSF through video conference from her official residence Ganobhaban, reports UNB.
She said that she actually is taking the advantage of digitisation of the country for reaching to the mass people and talk to them to improve their confidence. "I want people maintain their trust and self-confidence."
She said that the federal government has given special attention to saving lives hand and hand ensuring meals, treatment and education for all.
In this connection Sheikh Hasina place focus on all out work from all.
"For that I will request the persons of the united states to strictly maintain the health recommendations, all need to secured others by keeping oneself protected," she said.
She mentioned that the complete is stagnant and astonished due to the fear out of this invisible virus.
The Prime Minister blamed coronavirus for stalling all advancement of the united states.
In this connection she brought up that the government could lower the poverty level to 20 percent from 40 percent, upgrade the GDP to 8.1 percent, inflation was taken care of at 5-5.6 percent. Besides, per capital profit was improved and rural economy was developed, she added.
"We'd given special concentrate on social and economical development, we've worked vigorously, as a result we were advancing frontward quickly," she said.
Terming 2020 an essential 12 months for Bangladesh, she explained that the federal government has chalked various programmes to celebrate the birth centenary of the daddy of the country Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

Talking about the consistently changing technology and crimes with the progression of the universe, Sheikh Hasina explained that technology is used for both bad and the good activities.
"Keeping eyes on that the persons who are involved in providing security need to attain knowledge about modern technology, they need to enrich their expertise in which kind of criminal activities 're going on and how to prevent those," she said.
In this regard, she put emphasis on acquiring necessary training.
Earlier, SSF Director Basic Major Basic Md Majibur Rahman delivered the welcome speech.
With respect to the SSF personnel, their director standard handed over a cheque to PM's Comfort and Welfare Fund containing SSF personnel's one day's earnings and Tk 1 crore.
