Afghanistan beat Bangladesh by 25 runs
Bangladesh could not chase 165-run target set by visiting Afghanistan in their second match of Tri-nation T20 at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka on Sunday.
Losing six wickets in 20 overs, Afghanistan scored 164 runs against Bangladesh.
Earlier, Afghanistan won the toss and opted to bat first against Bangladesh.
Both Bangladesh and Afghanistan started their Tri-nation T20 mission with victory against Zimbabwe. Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 3 wickets while Afghanistan registered 28-run victory over the African side.
Rashid Khan-led Afghanistan is the top-ranked T20 side in the tournament, staying at 7th in the ICC rankings. Bangladesh are 10th ranked side while Zimbabwe are in 14th place in ICC rankings.
