Schedule for Afghanistan Test, tri-series announced
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) yesterday announced the schedule for the upcoming one-off Test against Afghanistan and the tri-nation T20I series involving Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe.
Afghanistan are scheduled to arrive on August 30 before taking part in a two-day warm-up game on September 1 and 2 against BCB XI at the MA Aziz stadium in Chattogram.
The visitors will then take on Bangladesh for the one-off Test match from September 5 at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.
The Zimbabwe team will arrive here on September 8 and play a T20 warm-up match against BCB XI in Fatullah on September 11.
The tri-nation T20 series will begin on September 13, with each of the three teams playing against one another twice, in Chattogram and Mirpur.
The top two teams on the points table will play in the final in Mirpur on September 24.
