73 Bangladeshis to return home from Beirut today
A complete of 73 Bangladesh residents will return house from Beirut, Lebanon on Wednesday morning hours.

A Bangladesh Air Pressure (BAF) aircraft, which handed over relief supplies in Lebanon, will territory at Hazrat Shajalal AIRPORT TERMINAL with the repatriated Bangladeshi nationals from Beirut.

Earlier, Bangladesh sent "crisis products" to Lebanon for the persons of Beirut simply because a token of friendship who want to get over the damage due to the huge twin explosions.

Bangladesh Air Force carried a C130 packed with emergency supplies which reached Beirut on Monday.

The goodwill aid included nine tonnes of food items, two tonnes of medicines and medical supplies, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

The transport aircraft of Bangladesh Air Push carrying the goodwill aid; and four advanced officers of Bangladesh Navy, an officer of Bangladesh Army and 12 crew member of Bangladesh Air Drive reached Rafic Hariri AIRPORT TERMINAL, Beirut, Lebanon on Monday.

Ambassador of Bangladesh to Lebanon Main Standard Md. Jahangir Al Mustahidur Rahman paid the goodwill aid to the nominated local representative of the Lebanese federal government. 

The officials of Lebanese Security Ministry, UNIFIL and Embassy officials were present.

During this difficult time in Lebanon, the federal government of Bangladesh sent the goodwill help for the people of Lebanon with respect to the persons of Bangladesh. 

Five Bangladeshi nationals were killed and more than 100 including 21 members of Bangladesh Navy hurt in the explosions.

The blast killed more than 160 people, injured more than 6,000 people and left more than 300,000 homeless.

Bangladesh Navy's warship, BNS Bijoy which patrols Lebanese water territory in UNIFIL, was partially destroyed.

The Embassy also urged all to see it through its hotline number if indeed they come to learn of any longer casualties.

Some 1,50,000 Bangladesh nationals work in several sectors in Lebanon.

Hospitals were overwhelmed - the one which was damaged found in the blast had to evacuate all it has the patients to a local field for treatment. 

Buildings were damaged for miles around the town, and Beirut’s governor said Wednesday that hundreds of thousands might not get able to go back to their homes for two or three months.
