7 DU affiliated schools announce timetable for postponed exams
Dhaka University affiliated seven schools have announced fresh schedules for Honours and Masters last year examinations that have been postponed as a result of COVID-19 situation.
The decision came after a meeting chaired by Muhammad Abdul Moyeen, chief coordinator of the colleges on Saturday.

IK Selim Ullah Khandaker, coordinator of the seven colleges, said, "We've decided to get started on taking postponed three exams-Masters last semester examination of 2016-17 session, Master's preliminary exam of 2017-18 session and National University level, old, special exams."
Masters last semester can come to be held on January 14, Honours final year exam on January 25, level third year examination of 2018 and honours third year examinations of 2016-17 classes will be held in the initial week February, he said.
Muhammad Abdul Moyeen stated, "We have made a decision to take exams considering pupils' demand. Social distancing guideline will be strictly used."
The students of the colleges recently announced to carry a protest programme in the capital's Nilkhet area to press residence their seven- point require nonetheless it was postponed.
Their key demand is reducing session jam in the colleges and taking earlier postponed exams immediately.
The students' other requirements included all exam leads to be published within 3 months, and the newly attached word ‘affiliate’ should be taken off their certificates.
According to DU options, there are about 2.5 lakh learners at the seven colleges - Dhaka College, Eden Women's College, Government Shaheed Suhrawardy College, Kabi Nazrul Government College, Begum Badrunnesa Government Women's College, Government Bangla College and Government Titumir College.
