37 more virus deaths, 2,695 confirmed cases in Bangladesh
Thirty-seven more deaths and 2,695 new confirmed cases were reported in the united states on Wednesday.

With these, the total death tally rose to 746 as the cases stood at 55,140.

Across the country, 12,510 samples have already been tested at 50 labs, Prof Dr Nasima Sultana, Additional Director General of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), confirmed the problem in the daily online bulletin on the COVID-19 situation in the afternoon.

A total of 3,45,583 samples were tested in the country till today.

Of the dead, 28 were male and nine were female.

Dr Nasima said 470 more patients made recovery from the virus infection in the past 24 hours, raising the total number to 11,590.

She urged all to check out the health guidelines including wearing masks and hand gloves outdoor and maintaining social distancing.

The dead could be buried after wrapping with a polythene, Dr Nasima informed.

Total 13,284 isolation beds have been create in Bangladesh while 399 ICU beds and 112 dialysis units.

Some 2,428 persons have been sent home and organisational quarantines in the last 24 hours.
 
The quantity of globally confirmed COVID-19 cases has truly gone up to 6,377,596 as the death toll reached 380,205 on Wednesday morning, in line with the Centre for System Science and Engineering of the Johns Hopkins University.
