353 Bangladeshis return from India, Singapore
Bangladesh in Wednesday (April 22) today cut back it has the 353 nationals who were stranded found in India and Singapore because of air travel suspension amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Two chartered flights of Singapore Airlines and US-Bangla airlines carrying 185 Bangladeshi nationals from Singapore and 168 other folks from Chennai attained Hazrat Shahjalal AIRPORT TERMINAL around 12:15pm and 3:50pm and respectively.
According to airport resources, the Singapore Airlines transporting 98 Singaporean nationals flight also took off at 2:10 pm.
As per the federal government decision, all returnee Bangladeshis will be delivered to 14-evening institutional quarantine under operations of the Armed Forces Division (AFD) if indeed they fail to present medical certificate in the airport on the arrival here.
