SIA offers full refunds for air travel disruptions over coronavirus
Singapore Airlines, along with Silkair, has updated their travel and leisure policy to allow full cash refund for tickets booked on or perhaps before March 15, 2020; for travel up to May 31, 2020.

If the ticket contains a mixture of cabin classes, the bonus flight credit depends on the higher cabin class.
