20 lower courtroom judges, 83 employees found coronavirus positive
A complete of 20 lower court judges and 83 employees--24 from the Supreme Court and 59 other folks from the subordinate courts--tested confident for COVID-19, SC spokesperson Saifur Rahman said on Saturday.
He said that two lower court employees, 1 from Madaripur and another from Naogaon districts, died with the symptoms of COVID 19.
Among the infected lower court judges, Lalmonirhat's Nari O Shishu Nirjaton Daman Tribunal judge Ferdous Ahmed was undergoing treatment at the intensive caution unit of the Mixed Military Hospital and he was presented with plasma therapy.
Dhaka Special Court 8 judge Shamim Ahmed was undergoing treatment at the Dhaka Medical College or university Hospital and Joypurhat Girls and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal judge Rustam Ali was at the Rajshahi Medical University Hospital.
Earlier found in Netrakona district, judge Shahjahan Kabir and Munshiganj Chief Judicial Magistrate Rokeya Rahman joined their offerings after dealing with the novel corona virus infections.
Aside from the five judges, 15 lower court judges were in isolation at their residences with the novel coronavirus illness.
