10th grader hacked dead for obstructing robbers
A 10th grader was hacked to death by robbers as he barred them from commuting robbery in Jolsa village under Dhamrai upazila of Dhaka early Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Ramjan Ali.

Five people were also injured in the incident.

A gang of robbers stormed three houses in the village at early hours for robbery. They looted cash taka and gold ornaments from the houses beating and tiding the housemates, said Dhamrai Police Station OC Deepak Chandra Saha.  

They also hacked Ramjan Ali as he barred the gang from committing robbery, leaving him dead on the scene. 

Hearing the incident, top police officials visited the scene.
