Xperia releases a teaser video for a new phone
Sony Xperia has teased its upcoming Xperia phone through a video posted on its Instagram account. It’s upcoming Xperia 2 phone is expected to launch in a few days at Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) tech show in Berlin, and if it is that phone, then according to the video, it should be able to fit ‘in the palm of your hand’.
The statement corroborates with previous leaks that have indicated the phone will have a 6.1-inches 4K OLED screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Sony’s last Xperia 1 had a larger, 6.5-inches screen. The video further hints at colours that one may be able to see on the handset namely- Blue, White and Plum. Renders had previously surfaced online, had also showcased the model in Blue and Plum colours.
Sony’s Xperia 2 is expected to come with Snapdragon 855 chipset and triple camera, and should launch tomorrow, that is, the 5th of September.
