The Who'll cooperate with all countries to permit more mobility with their people. World Health Organization (WHO) representative in Russia, Melita Vujnovic, explained that the world’s health body currently isn't recommending issuing special certificates for people who received coronavirus vaccination.

As well, the envoy will not rule out that the WHO can draft its tips relating to the contents of the passports later on.

“The WHO has spoken about this position and does not recommend such passports currently,” she said.

“Of course, countries follow their own paths, many people are trying to permit more mobility with their people. The WHO will cooperate with all countries,” Vujnovic added.
