Unexpected nor'wester showers Dhaka
A good blanket of clouds started to turn your day into night in Saturday noon on Dhaka.

A nor'wester coupled with rainfall and gusty wind swept different parts of Dhaka city.

"The nor'wester was blowing with a wind velocity of 20 to 30 kilometres each hour," said a meteorologist of Bangladesh Meteorological Section (BMD).

The wind picked up, and then came heavy rain. The sudden rain in spring caused issues for a lot of people.

Many were seen turning their car headlights to avoid getting hurt within an accident. A whole lot of people were also seen taking shelter beneath the flyovers.

Cracks in the drainage pipe of the Moghbazar-Mouchak flyover caused many pedestrians to get drenched found in rain.

However, not any casualty was reported as a result of seasonal storm.

Rain or thundershowers accompanied by non permanent gusty or perhaps squally wind is likely to occur at a couple of places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and the spot of Cumilla in the next 24 time commencing, in line with the Met office.
