Trade fair pulls big crowd at cusp of close
The Dhaka International Trade Fair 2019 is drawing towards an end, and today was the last Friday before the fair ends tomorrow.
The annual event drew massive crowd throughout the day today as shoppers flocked on to Agargaon to make the last days of the fair count.
As the day progressed, the crowd seemed to only increase breaking all the bounds in the afternoon, our correspondent reports from the fair venue.
The 24th edition of month-long Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF-2019), organised by the Ministry of Commerce and the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), kicked off on January 9.
The country’s biggest trade show was scheduled to be ended on February 8. But, after a day’s extension, it will continue till February 9.
