Track that makes Chester alive again
Recently Mark Morton released a single track featuring Linkin Parks Chester Bennington's lead vocals 'Cross off' that debuts on Hard Rock Digital Song Sales, according to billboard. 

Mark Morton is well known as Lamb of God guitarist. The track becomes his first Billboard-charting song as a solo artist, bowing at No. 18 on the Hard Rock Digital Song Sales chart dated January 19.

'Cross Off' debuts with the assistance of late Linkin Park front man Chester Charles Bennington. Three months before his tragic death in July 20, he recorded his vocals for the track in April 2017, according to sources. The cut enters Hard Rock Digital Song Sales with 2,000 downloads sold. It also drew 209,000 US streams in the tracking week. The founder of Linkin Park Mike Shinoda praised Morton for the work on Twitter. 

He said ,"I remember when Chester played this song for me in his car, almost finished. He was really happy with it. Good stuff, Mark." "It was one of those things where we were listening to the song like, 'Who in our world would we have singing this? - and Chester was the name that came out. He's such a superstar," said Mark Morton.  

Most of the fans of Linkin Park like this new song by hearing Chester's voice in it. One of the hardcore fan from Bangladesh Reyan Onto said, "I can't believe that this 2019 and we got a new song sung by Chester, what a good way to start a new year. It is incredible." 

Another young fan Shanto said, "I don't even believe Chester is dead. I think he is hiding somewhere. After hearing the record it seemed that that was recorded yesterday. The voice was so much powerful that it gives me goose bumps."

Fans from all over the world reacted on the track on youtube too. Niraj Niroula said there, "Sometimes I feel as if Chester is still alive. Tired of fame and in search of oblivion he could be living a peaceful and off stage life somewhere out there. Whatever, we are missing you, man." The song will feature on Morton's upcoming debut solo album Anesthetic, which will launch on March 1.
