Thibault to perform in Dhaka Nov 5
A classical guitar concert, featuring award-winning French guitarist Thibault Cauvin, will be held on November 5 at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy (BSA) in the capital. Organized by Alliance Française de Dhaka--with the support of the Embassy of France to Bangladesh, Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Oryx Bangladesh,and Gandharbpur Water Treatment SNC (a joint venture of Suez International and OTV-Veolia)--has organized this concert.
Thibault Cauvin first studied at the Bordeaux Conservatoire and later at the Paris Conservatoire National Superior, graduating with honors. Widely acclaimed for his youth, passion and creativity, he wouldn't stop winning prizes and aged 20, he had won a total of 36 prizes (13 first prizes) - more than any guitar player.
