The first naval chief Captain Nurul Haque dies
The first naval chief of Bangladesh Navy Captain Nurul Haque (retd) passed away at the Combined Army Hospital (CMH) in Dhaka on Monday night. He was 86.

He had been experiencing high blood pressure and diabetics trouble for some time. 

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed the problem to the mass media on Tuesday.

He will come to be buried at Banani Army Graveyard after namaz-e-janaza at the Naval Headquarters Masjid after Zuhr prayers following proper coronavirus wellness guidelines.

Nurul Haque, born in February 24, 1922, on Sylhet's Habiganj, was performed his duty as naval chief from 1972-1973.
