Thai school pupils protest against government

But the high school students also find greater freedom and fairer treatment in a education system they state is archaic and aimed generally at inculcating obedience. Various spoke of the importance of gender equality.
"I own been sexually abused by teachers. School is not a secure place," explained a placard placed by one college student who sat in uniform with her mouth taped shut in protest. One of the hashtags employed by the Bad Student group on Saturday translates as #ByeByeDinosaurs. Authorities spokesman Anucha Burapachaisri said the primary minister hoped protesters would work out their liberty constructively and within regulations.
Prayut has rejected the demand of protesters that he resign and their accusations that he engineered previous year's election to hold power that he initial seized from a great elected government in 2014. The Royal Palace offers made no comment because the protests commenced in July.
