'Swapnajaal' released in US once again
Gias Uddin Selim's second feature film 'Swapnajaal' was released in the United States of America before. The romantic drama, starring Pori Moni and Yash Rohan, became really popular, and due to high demand, the film was released once again in the USA.
The international distributor of Bangladeshi movies, Bioscope Films, released 'Swapnajaal' in five cities of the USA on September 9. The film was released in different cinema halls in New York, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina and Dallas. The CEO of Bioscope Films, Raj Hamid said, "The mission of 'Swapnajaal' has started from Jamaica Multiplex Cinemas, New York from September 9.
Then the film will be screened at Witherspoon Student Center of North Carolina on September 15 at 4:30pm (local time). On October 7, it will be screened in DC Cinemas of Virginia at 2pm. 'Swapnajaal' will be screened then at Southchase cinema halls of Florida on September 30 at 2pm while on October 7, it will be on screen at Venetian Cinemas, Dallas at 2pm."
"We want to draw our expatriate Bangladeshis to the cinema and create a regular industry in US. That's why we try to release good movies here. We believe that our movies and culture will be worldwide," added Raj Hamid. 'Swapnajaal', written and directed by Gias Uddin Selim, features Yash Rohan and Pori Moni in the lead roles and also includes Misha Sowdagar, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shahana Shumi, Shahidul Alam Sacchu, Iresh Zaker, Shahed Ali, Farhana Mithu, and Ahsanul Haque Minu among the cast.
