Students’ demands taken into consideration: Home Minister
Terming the protesting students’ demands logical, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said “We have taken your demands into consideration.â€
The minister urged parents and teachers to take their children back home, to their classes, as an evil-minded group of people, after merging with students, are vandalizing vehicles and torching them.
The home minister made the remarks after holding a meeting with the representative of transport owners and workers and ministers at the secretariat on Wednesday (August 2).
He assured of exemplary punishment for convicts.
