Singer Jane Alam is no more
Legendary singer Jane Alam died at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University Medical center on Tuesday night.
He died at about 9:30 pm even though underwent treatment there. He was 65.

Zahirul Islam said singer Jane Alam became coronavirus contaminated last month. He became coronavirus free after treatment, but developed pneumonia. As a result, his health worsened. He was taken up to life support on Tuesday. He passed away at the intensive attention device of the BSMMU Hospital at night.
Jane Alam was born at Harirampur in Manikganj district. He became a member of the country's musical arena soon after the independence in 1971.
The singer sang more than 4,000 songs. Besides, he wrote, composed and directed some 3,000 songs.
