Shakib-Apu's divorce date delayed
Apu and Shakib's tale of being reunited and eventually separating has been a topic of much discussion among fans for the majority of 2017. The last we heard from them regarding their life together was when Shakib sent a divorce letter to Apu back at November 22 last year.
After about three months the once-iconic couple finally came to an agreement, and set 22 February to be the day in which their divorce is officially registered. However, according to City Corporation, the date has been delayed till March 12.
The chief executive officer of Dhaka City Corporation's zone 3, Md Heyamet Hossain informed on Thursday that the divorce of these popular couple will be finalized on March 12. Since Shakib Khan sent divorce letter to Apu Biswas, she has been claiming that she doesn't accept the letter. However, recently she diverted from that claim and told the press that she has accepted the decision.
Regarding the parenting of their son Abram Khan, Shakib earlier told Media that he will give Tk100,000 to Apu Biswas every month as the regular maintenance cost of his son. He also said he will pay Apu Tk700,000 denmohor once the divorce notice takes effect.Apu Biswas tried several times to settle the issue with Shakib. However, Shakib is determined to get separated from her.
