Salahuddin’s suggestion to all or any football players
Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF)’s president Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin shared a note with the all soccer players by giving them assistance of how exactly to keep themselves fit in this coronavirus situation.
“The message read that it was more than two months since any football had not been played countrywide as a result of widespread aftereffect of pandemic corona virus that frozen the ongoing schedule.
BFF boss Kazi Mohammad Salahuddin, who was simply also ex - national footballer, member of Swadhin Bangla football crew, past captain of Dhaka Abahani Small and head mentor of Bangladesh national soccer workforce suggested country’s young and national team’s players to employ this long layoff, the message go through.
“Our soccer and practice program have been halted because of pandemic. I will suggest the countrywide footballers to jog down at least ten to twelve kilometers each morning to do physical exercise and practice with football,” the message continued.
“I believe they should practice at this moment to hold themselves fit. If indeed they maintain work out routine, I am hoping they will get a good effect. I also i did so this when I was a footballer. I have been undertaking practice for 3 to 5 hours at our garden, to ensure that when the football resume again I acquired myself fit. I will suggest them to do the same thing, in order that when the league will resume you will see yourself fit,” the message concluded.
