Restaurant catches fire in city
A fire broke out at a restaurant in the city’s Moghbazar area on Monday night has been brought under control.
The fire originated at the kitchen of Cafe De Taj restaurant at Moghbazar intersection around 8:20pm, said Earshad Hossain, duty officer at the Fire Service Central Control Room.
On information, three firefighting units rushed the spot and brought the fire under control after half an hour efforts.
