Rehnuma Mostafa in TV play
Popular presenter of Banglavision Rehnuma Mostafa. Now she is doing M.Phil research at University of Dhaka. She is also working as Assistant Director of Public Relations at North South University. She had intention to show herself on the screen. She became successful as a news presenter. She has been working as news presenter for last seven years. After working in RTV for five years she has been engaged with Banglavision for last two years.
Besides participating in various cultural activities she passed her study successfully. She did two Masters and one Post-Graduate diploma. Recently she has started acting. Rehnuma acted against Irfan Sajjad in Chayanika Chowdhury's play titled 'Songsar', which is now on the table of editing.
According to her, title of the play may be changed. While talking about acting in the play Rehnuma Mostafa said, "During childhood I wanted to show myself on the screen. Through news presentation my desire was fulfilled. News presentation is best work to me. I am doing it joyfully and am really enjoying it.
I got many offers for acting but did not do it. Suddenly I acted under noted director Chayanika Chowdhury's direction in a play." Hailed from Feni, Rehnuma is daughter of Bangladesh Supreme Court's senior lawyer Nurul Mostafa. During childhood she was fond of dancing. Besides study, she regularly took part in dance classes. She won many awards in this regard, she added.
