Popy contaminated with Covid-19
National Film Award winning Dallywood actress Sadika Parvin Popy has been contaminated with coronavirus, reports UNB.
Popy got tested in PCR laboratory of Khulna Medical University Hospital several times ago as she have been experiencing fever and other Covid-19 symptoms including breathing problems and the survey came Wednesday, she told reporters above phone at Friday nights. She is currently in isolation at her home at Shibbari intersection of Khulna. Popy's father Mia Kabir Hossain Tulu explained on Friday nights that Poppy features been residing at her village home since March 13.
During this time period, the actress distributed comfort among the indegent people in the area. sPopy began her career with a showbiz course named 'Lux Ananda Bichitra' in 1995.She debuted in the 1997 film 'Coolie', with actor Omar Sunny and directed by Montazur Rahman Akbar and in television set drama in 'Nayak', directed by Shahidul Islam Khan. She earned Bangladesh National Film Award for Ideal Actress 3 x for the movies 'Karagar' (2003), 'Megher Koley Roud' (2008) and 'Gangajatra' (2009).
