Police foil LDA march, Zonayed Saki among 50 hurt
Police and members of Left Democratic Alliance (LDA) clashed in city's Segunbagicha area on Monday afternoon, leaving at least 50, including Gonosanghati Andolon Chief Coordinator Zonayed Saki, injured.
Witnesses said police obstructed a procession of the LDA near Matsya Bhaban at about 1pm when it was marching towards the Prime Minister's office from the National Press Club.
