Neymar seemingly accused Alvaro of racism when talking with the fourth official seeing as he left the discipline, replays showing him to have got struck the defender in the back of the head.

Following the game, Neymar posted on Twitter, writing he must have struck the Marseille man in the facial skin. "The only regret I've is usually that I didn't strike this a****** in the facial skin," he wrote.

But Alvaro Gonzalez dismissed allegations of racism in a content of his personal on Twitter.

"There is absolutely no place for racism," he wrote. "Clean competition and with many co-workers and friends every day. Sometimes you should figure out how to lose and take it on the discipline. "

Neymar then tweeted again, this time replying directly to Gonzalez, saying:

"You happen to be not a guy to admit your oversight, losing is the main sport. Nowadays insulting and delivering racism into our lives no, I don't agree. I don't value you!  Admit what you said."
