Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, whose foundation has been the main effort to build up and deliver COVID-19 vaccines, warned on Sunday that another 4-6 months may be the worst of the coronavirus pandemic.
"Sadly, the next 4-6 months could be the worst of the pandemic. The IHME (Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation) forecast shows over 200,000 additional deaths. In recent weeks, the US is experiencing record high cases, deaths and hospitalisations. "I thought the US would do a much better task handling it," explained Gates, who in 2015 acquired warned the world of such a pandemic.
