Newcomers exploited, ill-treated by filmmakers
Actress Khatija Iqbal, who'll soon be observed in the 3rd season of world wide web series "Inside Border" feels that actors often get stereotyped because makers don't explore a great actor's talent, leading to stereotyping of artists. The actress feels strongly about problems of exploitation, stereotypes and growth of artists. Khatija says, "I feel it (stereotyping) originates from insufficient knowledge and the capability to actually invest period into discovering actors and their potentials. Provide them with an opportunity to at least check for distinct parts and start to see the newness they are delivering to the table.

Only when someone gets a platform, he/she may showcase what considerably more he/she can offer." The next thing that the "Ragini MMS" Web series actress highlights is how actors, specifically newcomers and extras happen to be being cared for by some production houses. "Exploitation of actors should be tackled. Some production houses believe they own actors especially the junior artistes. I've seen heads and senior actors misbehaving with junior actors.

Supporting actors are staying called on sets and to sit for hours and hours just for a suggestive couple of seconds take. I have experienced how tired they get, all sleeping deprived but centered on their dreams." She continues on to add, "In addition they have to have rest to look clean and very good on screen, energetic to execute well. And more than anything else actors deserve respect."
