The left-hander hit three sixes and 10 fours in his whirlwind knock as the hosts finished with a flurry of boundaries by taking 20 runs off the last over.
Conway got great support from Martin Guptill (35), Will Adolescent (53) and Glenn Phillips (24*) while the hosts finished two short of the highest total at this venue.
Debutant Nasum Ahmed took several wickets for Bangladesh.
The reply from Bangladesh was a sorry one particular as they could only manage 144 for 8 in 20 overs.
Leg-spinner Ish Sodhi wreaked havoc with four wickets for 28 works. Afif Hossain (45), Saif Uddin (34) and Nayeem Sheikh (27) had been the best scorers for Bangladesh.
