National Memorial to remain close from Dec 12 to 15
The National Memorial at Savar will remain inaccessible to the public from December 12 to 15 over cleanliness purpose in observance of the Victory Day-2019.
Besides, public access to the memorial will remain closed until the President M Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina pay homage to the Liberation War heroes and leave the Memorial on December 16, said a press release on Wednesday (Dec 11).
The Ministry of Liberation War sought cooperation of the country people to protect the beauty of the monument.
