Nandita's new song for Int'l Mother's Day
Promising singer of present time Sanjida Mahmud Nandita has rendered a song titled 'Maa', to mark the International Mother's Day. Nandita lent her voice for the song titled 'Aamar Ekti Norom Sorom Chotto Ekti Maa' composed by Basudev Ghosh. Nandita's this song is now available on YouTube channel of Basudev.
While talking about rendering the song Nandita said, "I have liked lyrics and music composition of Basudevda's this song. In fact, Basudevda composes music nicely. I am grateful to him to give me the opportunity to render such a nice song focuses on mother.
I believe listeners will enjoy the song. In fact, there are many untold stories of children to their mothers in the song." Nandita also informed that due to Ramzan she has stopped to perform in stage shows. But on the occasion of coming Eid-ul-Fitr, she has started to take part in different special programs.
She has already taken part in recording of a musical show for NTV. She will take part in BTV's Smritimoy Gaan today. Sahanur Begum Jolly is mother of Nandita. "To come into present position, there is a lot of contribution of my mother," she added. Recently Nandita rendered two songs - Aroti Mukherjee's Ek Boishakhey Dekha Holo Du'Jonai and Ogo Moner Duare Dariye Thekona got huge appreciation from the viewers and music-lovers.
