Momtaz performs with her daughters at Eid Ananda Mela
Legendary folk singer and Member of the Parliament Momtaz Begum have been passing best time in her career. Recently her mother Uzala Begum got 'Gorobini Maa' award on International Mother's Day. Basically Momtaz is delighted with her success. On May 19, Momtaz along with her two daughters - Rose and Ruhani were present at Bangladesh Television (BTV). She along with them took part in Eid Ananda Mela of BTV.
In Ananda Mela, Momtaz rendered the song titled Doyel Pakhi Konnyarey. While rendering the song by Momtaz and her two daughters also lent their voices. During that time audience of the auditorium enjoyed their performance. Eid Ananda Mela will be aired on BTV after News at 10 on Eid day. Rakib Hasan Rahul wrote lyrics of the song Doyel Pakhi Konnyarey.
Popular singer and music director of present time Pritom Hasan composed its music. While sharing her feelings to be present at Eid Ananda Mela with two daughters Momtaz told this correspondent, "Viewers will have to wait to enjoy my and my two daughters' performance till Eid day on BTV.
