Modi's Dhaka trip cancelled
Amid the growing threat of coronavirus in South Asia, Indian Primary Minister Narendra Modi will not be visiting Dhaka after the centenary celebrations of Sheikh Mujibur Rehman's (father of Bangladesh) birth anniversary were cancelled by the state.

"We possess redesigned the function....it's a year-long celebration. The special event will continue throughout the year but we will avoid large public gatherings ...Since we've many smaller events afterwards in the year, foreign dignitaries have the choice of attending later on," he said.

Possibly, Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the celebrations without the public gathering.

Primary Minister Narendra Modi was scheduled to travel to Dhaka on March 17 amid rising concerns found in Bangladesh above CAA and the proposed NRC as well as the coronavirus scare.

Previously this month, PM Modi's go to to Brussels to carry a summit ending up in europe was postponed in view of the global pass on of coronavirus.
