Mithila hosts new radio show
Popular model, actress and singer Mithila is going to host a new children's development radio show titled Berey Othar Golpo. With support from BRAC, the radio show will begin airing on Radio Shadhin from March, one-day every week.
The radio show Berey Othar Golpo will bring experts on children and parents will get the chance to ask then different questions regarding children issues. Mithila has been working as the head of 'Early Childhood Development' section of BRAC International for a long time, that's why she was the perfect voice for the radio show.
About the show, Mithila said, "I had a long term dream to do a program like this. Now it is possible now with the help from BRAC and Radio Shadhin. I hope the program will be helpful for children."
Apart from this, Mithila just finished shooting her maiden short film Mukhomukhi in Kolkata, directed by Partho Sen. She starred against Kolkata actor Gourav Chakraborti, son of Sabbyaschi.
About the short film, Mithila said, "I get many offers to do short films but due to weak story, I don't accept. The story of Mukhomukhi is really good. Besides, Partho Sen is a talented director and I am really hopeful about the short film."
