'Miss Mashrafe'
Popular TV actress and audience-admired model Sarika Sabrin has performed in a couple of projects for the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr after taking break from acting for last few years. Among her Eid ventures, the actress will be seen playing the titular role in a unique tele-drama titled 'Miss Mashrafe' directed by Tanveer. 

With the story written by Sabuj Hawlader, the drama portrays Sarika as a cricket player who impersonates as a boy and helps her team to win a cricket series. The two-day shooting of 'Miss Mashrafe' took place in the capital's Uttara and Tongi area recently.

While talking about acting in the drama Sarika said, "In fact, I took part in shooting of the drama despite having illness. As I was committed to take part in its shooting for this reason I maintained my commitment. For the first time I worked under Tanveer's direction. He has intention to give direction properly. Unit was also organized. Overall despite having my sickness the work finished nicely. I believe viewers will enjoy the drama in Eid."

Director Tanveer also informed that the drama will be aired in any satellite channel in Eid. Against Sarika Mishu Sabbir acted in the drama. On the occasion of coming Eid, he also made another drama titled 'Premikar Biye-2'. Mishu Sabbir and Farin acted in this drama. 

Meanwhile, under Tuhin Hossain's direction Sarika also acted in a telefilm titled 'Chul Taar Kobekar'. Mishu Sabbir is also against her. This telefilm will be aired on Channel I in Eid. Sarika also informed that under Tuhin Hossain's direction she will also act in two other dramas for Eid-ul-Azha.
