Messi, Ronaldo bid farewell to the ‘eternal genius’
Current greats Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have posted psychological tributes to 'friend' Diego Maradona on social media following the footballing legend passed on subsequent cardiac arrest today.

Messi wished to keep most his favourite occasions with Diego in his heart while Ronaldo said goodbye to a pal and unparalleled magician.

The Argentine suffered a coronary attack in his residence country, times after leaving medical center following a crisis surgery.

He was regarded as among the best footballers on the planet, winning the 1986 World Glass with Argentina while scoring 312 golf club goals in almost 600 appearances.

Tributes from the icon poured found in from across the world and Messi and Ronaldo were no different.

Messi, who implemented Maradona's footsteps by moving to Barcelona and scoring a lot more than 650 goals for the Spanish aspect, shared his tribute on Instagram.

Sharing a snap along with his former Argentina manager, the 6-time Ballon d'Or winner said: "An extremely sad day for every Argentines and for soccer. He leaves us but will not leave, because Diego is normally eternal.

"I keep all of the beautiful moments lived with him and I wanted to have the possibility to send my condolences to all or any his friends and family. RIP."

And Ronaldo, who has won five Ballon d'Ors and 21 major titles for golf club and region, shared his own communication on Twitter.

"Today I say goodbye to a pal and the environment says goodbye to a great eternal genius. Among the best ever before. An unparalleled magician. He leaves too early, but leaves a legacy without limits and a void which will never be packed. Rest in peace, ace. You won't ever be forgotten."
