Mesmerizing Apple iconic design language restored on iPhone 11
In its early years, Apple was at the forefront when it came to raw industrial design. The brand was known for its minimalistic design language which was the cornerstone of every iPhone. However, since the iPhone 6 and later, the designs, although great, were a bit generic in comparison with their earlier designs.
With the iPhone 11, Apple has stacked it with some incredible shooters and they come with photographic abilities that are regarded as second to none. However, while the design is polarizing, they do not have the same appeal as handsets of old. In a bid to restore Apple’s iPhones to its past glory, an accessory manufacturer has put together a case that is a call back to the original iPhone.
As per a post on Yanko Design, “Despite the undeniably powerful photographic capabilities that the newly released family of iPhones has brought with them, we can’t help but miss the iconically minimal and design that its ancestors were famed for carrying! This case aims to restore some of this clean design language, whilst simultaneously offering a welcomed level of protection!”
This design is pretty evident and we finally see one of the best cases to ever be supported on an iPhone.
The website adds, “On the reverse of the case is a metal cover that conceals the mind-boggling cameras; the gentle and smooth slide of this component not only reveals the lenses but using the case’s embedded NFC technology, it automatically turns on the camera. This considered operation leads to beautifully simplistic user experience!”
