Mark Zuckerberg fears Elon Musk will pull out of their scheduled fight

he potential showdown between Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk has been cast into uncertainty, as the former has indicated that he is not overly hopeful about it happening.

Zuckerberg mentioned that he proposed a date for the clash to his Twitter rival, but Musk has yet to respond.

The two men had been set to engage in a cage fight later this year following a series of online exchanges. Both individuals have reportedly been intensively training for this match. While Zuckerberg says he is ready to fight, he suggests that Musk is hesitant.

During a conversation on Threads, Zuckerberg disclosed that he suggested August 26 as the date for the event.

"I'm ready today, but he hasn't confirmed," Zuckerberg noted.

Zuckerberg recently shared on social media that he had built an octagon in his backyard, which didn't sit well with his spouse, Priscilla Chan.

In an Instagram story, Zuckerberg shared a text exchange with his wife, revealing his backyard fighting arena.

"I have been working on that grass for two years," Chan said after an excited Zuckerberg expressed his enthusiasm about the octagon.

In the meantime, Musk has revealed that he shed 28 pounds last year through the use of the diabetes drug Ozempic and fasting.
