Mamunul sued on DSA case
Another circumstance was filed against Hefazat-e Islam joint secretary standard Mamunul Huq with Cyber Tribunal in Dhaka on Thursday in Digital Security Act.
Adv Abdul Maleq, Bangabandhu Base founder and executive president, lodged the case prior to the tribunal Judge Assam Jaglul Hossain.
It has been filed against the Khelafat Majlish innovator as he delivered statement against the setting up of sculpture of Daddy of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and pass on it through community media.
Mamunul has recently sued in two more cases filed earlier.
He highly criticised the building of the Bangabandhu's sculpture at a rally in Dhaka over November 13 last.
Mamunul warned the federal government that he would commit another 'Shapla Chattar' and threw aside the statue unless the government abandoned its intend to construct it.
