Male co-actors shouldn't move a blind eye when actresses are actually subjected to any type of harassment
Former beauty queen, UN ambassador and actress Celina Jaitly believes that gender pay gap and support from male co-stars are several important concerns. For Women's Day tomorrow, the celebrity shares her views how it is crucial to have frequent support from male co-stars when an celebrity has to encounter gender discrimination or any type of harassment. She said, "You will find a huge problem of remuneration and inequality of pay out in terms of male and feminine actors.

If this matter is taken into account, it'll bring relief and a huge revolutionary modification in the film industry. There should be equality of shell out structure and we should be paid similarly like our man colleagues." Celina as well feels strongly about harassment of women actors in the film sector. She said, "I strongly believe that male co-actors shouldn't turn a blind eyes to any harassment put through a female co-star.

We would see a big difference if our man colleagues, superstars stand inside our support during unavoidable harassment, which frequently an actress undergoes on a film set or elsewhere. I would like to discover that modification happening soon. It could be welcoming to see my male colleagues stand up for me. It could be unfair that because I am a female, they transform a blind eyes to it."

Celina added, "To bring a modification in the industry, women can't go meet holding swords or business lead a challenge against these issues, we have to interact in tandem to generate a difference. This applies not merely to the film sector but all other professions too. I hope that both the genders of the fraternity bring a transformation and support the other person in bringing peace and delight."
