Magura woman gives birth to triplets
A woman has given birth to triplets at Lab City Medical Service Private Hospital in Magura.
The baby boys are fine as hospital doctors said.
Apart from triplets, Rashida Begum has a 13-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter.
Rashida Begum, wife of Mahbub Alam, was a resident of Harinadanga village under Babukhali union of Mohammadpur upazila. Mahbub Alam is doing a job at Bashundhara Group Ship-Building.
Senior staff of the hospital Champa Begum told Banglanews: “Rashida Begum gave birth to triplets via C-section. Three of them are fine.”
Wajed Ali, owner of the hospital, told Banglanews: “Such an incident doesn’t usually happen.”
Rashida Begum said she is lucky to have given birth to three children at a time, praying for health of her babies.
