Kings, Abahani to clash in the high-voltage encounter today
Defending champions Bashundhara Kings and runners-up Dhaka Abahani Limited will lock horns with one another in a high-voltage meet of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier Group football match by the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the capital by 4:00pm on Sunday.

Kings technical director BA Jobayer Nipu informed about their preparations ahead of the game that they were fully prepared and there have been no new injuries found in the team. 
“We are ready to play against Abahani, there happen to be no latest injuries in the team. We have no pressure because we are leading the point table with great points difference. We will try hard to earn the game. You will have no pressure if we play a draw. The pressure is on Dhaka Abahani, they have to win in the match,” Nipu said.

Abahani got a large blow ahead of the high-voltage game seeing as their captain cum forward Nabib Newaj Jibon eliminated of the squad due to a significant ligament injury. The 30-year-old forward will probably go through a surgery and skip the league this year.

Dhaka Abahani Portuguese coach Mario Lemos that they would try to decrease the points difference by beating Kings.
