Kangana announces release of Dhaakad this October

Kangana Ranaut starrer upcoming film Dhaakad could have a theatrical release on October 1 this season. The actor had taken to social media to announce the date plus a new poster. The film also stars Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta.

Dhaakad's new poster features Kangana found in a good fierce look. She plays Agent Agni in Dhaakad, which she said is usually 'India's first female led action thriller'. Kangana wrote on Twitter, "She actually is fearless and Fiery! She actually is Agent Agni, India's first female led actions thriller, Dhaakad releasing in theatres on 1st October 2021!"

Talking about the film Kangana previous said, "Dhaakad isn't only a benchmark film designed for my career but will be a turning point pertaining to Indian cinema aswell. The film is mounted on a sizable scale, and is one of a kind female-led action film." "If it's received well, you will have no looking again for ladies in Indian cinema. Sohel and Razy happen to be my friends, and we have been planning this task from quite a while. I am quite worked up about this film and can't wait to get started on focus on it," she added. Written by Chintan Gandhi and Rinish Ravindra, the action-thriller is jointly made by Sohel Maklai Productions and Asylum Films and co-produced by Qyuki Digital Press. The film as well marks screenwriter Ritesh Shah's first collaboration with Kangana.
