Kanakchapa as a guest in NY
Bangladeshi singer Kanak Chapa has been staying in USA, for last few days. She has been rendering songs in different charity shows to keep invitation from the Bangladeshi community there.
She has already presented as guest singer in different shows in New York, Philadelphia, Dallas and Atlanta of USA. According to her, after attending a show in Virginia next week she will return to country at the end of this month.
While talking about her performances in USA Kanak Chapa said over mobile phone, "I really impressed because love and respect to me by the people are being increased day-by-day. September 11 was my birthday. I wanted to remain in country during my birthday. This year I stepped into 50 but I couldn't remain here.
I have habit to write poems. In my life I wrote lyrics of a song which was rendered by TrishitaSaha composed by my husband Moinul Islam Khan. I always practice classical music, so I never think about commercialization of my songs. After returning country I will be engaged with stage shows."
