JSC, JDC exams begin
Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations-2019 began on Saturday across the country.
As many as 26,61,682 students from 29,262 educational institutions are expected to participate in the examination which began around 10am. Of them, 22,60,716 are JSC examinees while 402,990 are JDC.
A total of 454 students from nine overseas centres are appearing in the JSC examinations.
Altogether, 246,353 irregular students will take part in the JSC examination while 34,251 in the JDC. The number of special students in JSC is 130,785 while it is 30,548 in JDC.
The authorities were instructed to keep the coaching centers shut for smooth holding of the examinations.
