JS goes into session on Thursday
The 6th session of the 11th Jatiya Sangsad will begin on Thursday (January 9).
The session will start at 4pm.
The President will address the JS as it is the maiden session of the 2020 calendar year.
He will deliver speech at the commencement of the first session as per the Article 73 (2) of the constitution.
The President is expected to highlight the country’s overall scenario, including successes of different ministries as well as the government.
The cabinet has already approved the draft speech of the President.
