Jennifer Aniston goes bananas after receiving a backhanded compliment
Jennifer Aniston has a bone to pick with a commonly used phrase that irks her to no end. The phrase in question is "you look great for your age," and it's often intended as a compliment. However, the "Friends" star, 54, believes it should simply be "you look great-period."

"It drives me bananas. I can't stand it," she vented to British Vogue. "That's a habit of society that we have these markers like, 'Well, you're at that stage, so for your age...' I don't even understand what it means."

Aniston confidently shared that she is in better shape now than she was in her twenties, feeling great in mind, body, and spirit. The Emmy winner has recently opened up  about her fitness routine, revealing her journey of trial and error. In the past, Aniston felt pressured to engage in intense workouts, but it resulted in injuries. Reflecting on her previous mindset of needing to do a certain amount of cardio to feel accomplished, she told InStyle: "It's daunting... I just burnt out and broke my body."

Jennifer said she's in the best shape of her life
Recognizing the dangers of pushing oneself too hard, Aniston shared an interesting detail about her physical therapy journey. She received a Barbie doll covered in Kinesio tape, which represents the injuries she has sustained over the past 15 years.

Learning from her past experiences, Aniston has now adopted a more balanced approach to fitness. She turned to the low-impact home workout program Pvolve to maintain her strength without the risk of excessive strain. The program has not only helped her maintain a beautiful physique but has also significantly boosted her energy levels.

Aniston found Crossfit to be too aggressive and boxing to be tough on her wrists, but Pvolve has been a game-changer for her. With this workout program, she no longer experiences extreme fatigue or pain.

In fact, Aniston has become such a devoted fan of Pvolve that she officially joined the team. Embracing a more balanced and sustainable approach to fitness has not only transformed her body but also improved her overall well-being.
